About Serkan
As a computer engineer, I have had an exciting and diverse journey in the IT industry. Throughout my career, I have taken on a variety of roles – from software developer and project manager to Product Owner, Release Manager, and Agile Coach – allowing me to build up a broad range of expertise.
Over the years, I have tackled numerous challenges in software development and led international teams across different locations. I am particularly passionate about applying Lean, Agile, and DevOps methodologies to help teams not only work more innovatively but also achieve measurable improvements in their processes.
I have a strong instinct for identifying untapped potential within IT organizations and work together with my team to develop clear roadmaps that drive targeted improvements in performance.
