iSAQB® CPSA-Advanced Agile Architecture (AGILA)
Course description
Our three-day AGILA training has a very hands-on and practice-oriented character. The participants can directly experience important agile methods, practical techniques, and new perspectives in the training. In addition, the approach is based on pragmatic “Lean Software Development” practices, which emphasizes a goal orientation and can be perfectly embedded in agile projects.
The focus of the AGILA training lies in the use of agile principles to consistently develop and enhance software applications. The training course focuses on self-organized teams and shared responsibility, which requires new skills from software developers and software architects. This includes not only technical, but also methodological and communication aspects.
As a seminar participant, you will learn agile software architecture first-hand and experience how you can use agile methods efficiently and sensibly in practice. During the training, helpful insights, practical techniques, and various agile methods are presented. Practical examples help to reinforce the theoretical methods. In addition, you will learn how to successfully apply agile ideas and principles in your daily architecture design activities.
Seminar goals
After completing this course, you will have reached a level of knowledge to:
- develop software faster and more efficiently;
- adapt to changing requirements and needs;
- integrate agile methods into their architecture management practices; and
- motivate and lead teams to work faster and more efficiently.
Certification
This seminar is part of the iSAQB® Advanced Level Program. By attending this course, you will receive 20 credit points in methodological competence and 10 credit points in communicative competence, which can be credited towards an iSAQB® Certified Professional Software Architect (CPSA) certificate.
Participants will allso receive a qualified certificate of participation upon completion.
